Shri Harkrishan Sahib Public High School that is being run under the aeiges of well established management has earned its own name in Punjab . We provide an atmosphere to our students for array of activites like social, emotional, physical, cognitive development where children are encouraged to channelize their potential in the pursuit of excellence. Converting every individual into a self reliant and independent citizen, the school provides a joint venture of Academics and Non-academic activites. Keeping academic excellence, at the helm, school preaches and has taken various steps to implement a practical approach towards studies by promoting the concept of ‘Learning by doing.’ To promote analytical thinking, students are involved in elocution, role plays etc. “Technology is just a tool. In terms of getting the kids working, together and motivating them, the teacher plays a very important role.” I appreciate and acknowledge the extreme hard work of my dedicated staff in making the school take progressive steps towards success. The curriculum is a concoction of all the skills required for stepping ahead. Regular training of the teachers on teaching methodologies is improving learning and doing which is adding another feather in the cap day in day out. Charter building task undertaken by Parents is one of the most important aspects for building a bright future for generations to come and it is equally important to focus on leadership training, self governance, decision making and crisis management along with mastery of regular subjects at school.
